This beer is the result of the meeting between a winemaker and a brewer sharing the same peasant values: work with nature, local development and transparency.
By reflecting the terroir of the wine, we have harvested our own cereals to brew and bring a particular typicity to the beer.
Our wheat, rye or buckwheat beers are good to drink and to think about.
